Always have a bowl of fruit on the table in the kitchen or living room. By the television and computer is a good idea in case you and the kids fancy a nibble.

Everything you could possibly want to stay healthy in 1 bowl

2 sliced bananas

1 apple cut into chunks

1 orange

1 cup cantaloupe and watermelon made into balls

1 pear and mango cut into chunks

coconut flakes

Taste of the tropics - Fruit Salad

1 - Mango.

2 - Kiwi fruits.

1 - Orange.

1 - Banana.

1 - Papaya

1/4 Cup coconut cream

Gently combine all fruit and place into bowl. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
